Planning Advisory Service Notice

Our Luxury Travel Planning & Advisory service is a professional planning serice only. Clients who select this option are responsible for booking and managing their own travel reservations unless they choose to upgrade to full-service support.

This service does not include supplier management, reservation handling, or post-booking issue resolution unless otherwise stated in writing.

•  Standard Trips (up to 1 week, single destination): $500–$600 flat, covering up to 5 travelers. 
•  Extended or Multi-stop Trips: $650 base + $100–$150 per additional destination or traveler. 
•  Per-Day Pricing Option: $60–$75 per travel day as an alternate or for high-complexity journeys. 

•  $750 flat expedited fee, reflecting the rush and planning effort required. 

•  $150/hour, minimum one hour, for changes, additional research, or concierge services.
